Meticulously crafted from multiple pieces of Southern Yellow Pine, Jasper is a chaotic display of natural beauty. Don't be fooled, Southern Yellow Pine is a very dense, slow growing wood that provides a visually brilliant grain structure as well as durability similar to Maple. Grown in a climate which receives just as many winter days as summer days, this species of wood has very uniform, tight growth rings which aid in its strength. Jasper is one of our signature designs and is a personal favorite. Each board is finished with food grade oil and polished with our signature board butter conditioning wax.
